  I went intoi the shop on a very quiet Monday morning to ask whether I would need an appointment to look at Brides mothers outfits. Both the staff were "chatting" amongst themselves, one turned and looked me up and down and yet didn't even say hello. I was left standing while they carried on with their discussion and neither had even smiled or greeted me. I was told after a minute or so theat they'd be with me in a minute... I felt totally "in the way". They were very self important and unfriendly. I will be spending a considerable amount of money in the next few months on bridesmaids, brides mum and male guest attire but I shall be purchasing from a more friendly, professional establishment. In the words of Julia Roberts - BIG Mistake !!

  My experience with Cheshire brides : the staff are very friendly and welcoming , really Helpful with advice , I was more than happy with the service they provided for me and would recommend this shop to anyone .
